This is where it all began
Apparently they placed me next to the roses for "atmosphere." I didn't object — I was too small to have an opinion. That came later. Little Ferdinando.
A chronology of brief notes: where we walked, who we met, what I tried to eat. No filters, no heroic captions — just as it was.
My first dog park in Bangkok! 😍 I knew my parents would find a little field for me where I can prance to my heart's content! 🐎
At the sea for the first time this year! 🌊
And also — we are going to the SBBZH. I am supposed to get a certificate that I am allowed to travel abroad. Official. With a stamp. I am a little proud.
Because friends — I am flying to the palms. 🤓
Honestly, I am a little anxious. An airplane is something I have never been inside before. They say it flies by itself. I am not sure that is possible, but I allow for it. My first real vacation outing. It is time I changed my scenery and finally got acquainted with other butts.
Wish us luck. 🔥😘
Hello everyone. I've been a little under the weather — my own fault, honestly. I licked the most precious thing I have. Now I'm wearing a cone.
The cone is a strange thing. It doesn't get in the way of thinking, but it shifts the angle on the world a little. Doorframes, for instance, have gotten closer. Mommy looks at me with such love that I almost feel guilty. Almost.
Should be better soon. ♥️
The dandelions parted today. I don't know why, but I took it as an invitation to stand here and look the other way.
The duck took off and pretended that was the plan all along. I also pretended I was just passing by. We both know the truth.
Do you like my new little hat? 🐸
An ordinary day in the company of flowers and my parents 🤵👰♀️ The flowers stand quietly and pretend they're simply decorating the room, but I notice — they're watching everything very carefully. My parents are nearby, same as always, and that is, perhaps, the best thing that can happen on a Wednesday.
Soon it'll be time to undress. Are you ready for a tan? I — very much so.
I ask to go outside ten times a day, because summer and sunshine are serious matters. My leather parents love me, so they walk with me for hours. I pretend I'm simply getting some fresh air. In reality I'm keeping an eye on the sun — it behaved a little suspiciously today, but on the whole it managed. ♥️
Two of them are looking at me. I am looking at the two of them. Nobody blinks. I don't know how long this has been going on — maybe always. The pigeons seem to know something I don't. I'm in a pink jumpsuit, and that was supposed to help. It didn't.
A green creature is lying nearby. Very long, very quiet. I decided we were friends — it didn't object.
The windowsill is the best place to monitor the situation. The snow has nearly melted, which means something is about to happen. Watching.
Dandelions everywhere. I don't count them — I have other things to do. My nose knows where to go.
Going somewhere. They forgot to ask me. Observing from the bag — in case I'm needed.
Apparently they placed me next to the roses for "atmosphere." I didn't object — I was too small to have an opinion. That came later. Little Ferdinando.
